Events include a pub crawl in late July and a road race Aug. 11 at Short Beach. “They were impressed with how organized we are,” DeBernardo said. “They loved the idea of the fundraisers.”

  1. I was wondering if your commission has try to approach part of the Stratford community that lives near Clover field and Stonybrook field,I personally had never seen flyers around those areas,I live in Swanson Ave. near the above mentioned fields and many of us have Dogs too but as myself English is our second language and we don’t seen to shop or gather at the same places that your committee is posting the flyers.Thank you !!!

    • Hi Viviana – Thank you for your feedback – we will make sure we get info out to those areas in the future. Word of mouth is really helpful too so please tell your friends and neighbors about our website and our facebook page http://www.facebook.com/stratfordctdogpark so that they can get the latest updates on the parks progress and events we are hosting. You can also sign up for our e-mail list and get updates that way! Thanks again!

      • Thank you !!! I really appreciate your response and yes I been telling all the people that I know about your site.
